Just a reminder: The weather has made a distract turn this past weekend please remember when it is possible we will go outside so please be certain that your child has the necessary clothing. (Snow boots, snow pants, gloves/mittens and hats, and socks plus it may be a good idea to send some extras in case they get wet)

School Picture Day Tuesday September 28

First Grade Reminders
PLANNER: DAILY. Please sign and return with any notes you may have.
WORD JOURNEYS: New words are sent home each MONDAY. Word Journeys (Spelling) tests each FRIDAY.
GUIDED READING: A new book is sent home DAILY in a baggie. Please return them the following day.
BEAR SLIPS: A new slip is sent home DAILY please sign and sends back to school in the baggie.
MATH HOME LINKS: Home links are to be done at home with help from family and sent home the following day. These are not sent home every day. Please keep the "Family Letters"; they do NOT need to be sent back to school.
SIGHT WORDS: New lists are sent home as needed.. They do not need to spell these, just read them.
SHOW AND TELL: Show and Tell is each FRIDAY.
